When my husband I started the house hunting process we didn’t have a clue where to begin- we were lucky enough for Michelle to show us a new construction home and get the ball rolling. We were a few months out from really feeling ready to make the leap with selling our house and buying and she was patient until we were ready. Let me give you a back story. We were browsing through houses on Zillow and came across one that we thought (at the time) was our dream home. It was a new build, classy, had lake access, quiet-ish neighborhood, etc. This house is what we compared all other houses to, however it was well above budget and had been snatched up the same day we wanted to view it. So we reached out to an agent through Zillow, not knowing that it would link us to Michelle. We had no set place we wanted to live, just as long as it was within distance from both our jobs. Fast forward a bit, she showed us a couple of houses without us being pre-approved at the time. We in all fairness could have been wasting her time, but she never once made us feel like we were lesser than. She was knowledgeable of each property, she answered our never ending questions and if there was something she didn't know, she would research it or find out. When the Mortgage Company we had been in contact with us ghosted us, I expressed our frustrations to Michelle. She suggested that we contact a company that she's worked with personally and professionally. We were pre-approved the day we filled out an application. At the beginning of September, we had 2 houses lined up to see in person. The morning of, we found 1 more house that popped up and I immediately contacted Michelle to see if we could add it to the list. It was over an hour away from the houses we were set to see. Let me tell you, not only did she fit us in to see this house...but this ended up being THE house of our dreams. The overwhelming sense of H-O-M-E when we walked through the front door. We immediately fell in love and put in an offer as soon as we left the property. Everything from then has been rather smooth sailing and an absolute blessing. Michelle is a shark with competitive comps, negotiating and researching to get you, the buyer everything you want/need/deserve. She is a sweetheart, however she tells you things you need to know and not always things you may want to hear. When you're buying a house, you definitely need the honest truth. She will travel anywhere you ask her, is always available when you need her (but she's only human and has a family so we try not to bug her too much) and I would trust her time and time again with anything we may need in the future.
